Habits are the invisible architecture of daily life. They are intricately linked to Productivity and Success. If we learn to cultivate good habits, we can easily power up our Productivity and Success.
However, habit formation strategies are neutral. Which implies that we are as likely to develop bad habits, as much as good habits.
Developing good habits and replacing bad habits with good habits are both challenging. THE WISDOM OF LIFE CONSISTS IN THE ELIMINATION OF NON-ESSENTIALS.
It is in Human Nature to love to do something, as opposed to do nothing. Whether it is essential or not, doesn’t matter. We have a distinct bias towards action (Action bias). You might have noticed in Football matches, while facing penalty kicks, goal keepers dive either left or right and rarely stood their position. Yet data shows, that they would have been much more successful, if they had stood in the center of the goal.
